Andrea Álvarez is Ceibo’s outside legal counsel, representing Egaña Abogados. At Ceibo, she assists with the day to day legal needs, and participates actively in the structuring of legal agreements with potential clients. Egaña Abogados advises startups and technology-related ventures, including their incorporation, commercial agreements, preparation of stock option plans and financing rounds. Prior to joining Egaña Abogados Andrea lived in Toronto, Canada for several years, where the majority of her focus was on legal translation.
Andrea holds a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
