Her responsibilities include developing talent management strategies, leadership development, and organizational design.
Catalina has extensive experience in HR leadership, particularly in the technology sector. She has played a key role in building and consolidating various HR subsystems and overseeing the entire employee journey from recruitment to strategic talent management. Her expertise includes guiding organizations through corporate transitions, ensuring alignment with evolving business objectives.
Previously, she also worked in the public health sector, focusing on critical recruitment and team development. Catalina holds a degree in Psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a diploma in Gender Perspective for Organizational Management.
