Francisco Jeria is the Director of Strategy at Ceibo managing strategic initiatives to enhance the company’s global growth and consolidation. He ensures team alignment with the long-term strategy and works with the CEO on funding, investor relations and board management.
Francisco brings over 12 years of leadership experience across public, private and international development sectors. Prior to joining Ceibo, he consulted with The World Bank, guiding country-level strategies and supporting infrastructure and climate-resiliency investments in Central America. Previously, he served as Director of Finance and Strategic Advisor in the Chilean Government, leading policy design and congress negotiations, responsible for the allocation and execution of a $12B budget.
Earlier, he was a management consultant for public and private entities. Francisco is an active founder and board member of multiple NGOs supporting social change in Chile and Latin America. He holds a degree in Industrial and Chemical Engineering from Universidad Católica de Chile, a Master of Public Policy and International Development from Duke University, and a Global Competitive Leadership Degree from Georgetown University.
